It is an essential requirement to be admitted in the selection process, to have nationality from Spain or an European Union member country, to be Spanish resident (being holders of a document that enables them to reside and to be able to access the labour market without limitations), or to be able to obtain a residence permit as a result of the selection in this selective process and consequent hiring proposal. Consequently, those who are in a situation of permanent residence, temporary residence, who are in a situation of authorization to reside and work or in a position to obtain the exception to work authorization, as well as refugees may participate.
